Silence retreat with individual mentoring

Guided and accompanied, we immerse ourselves into the personal depths. In a space of stillness we detach ourselves from personal life stories and connect to the source of power and knowledge within us.

Satya supports you gently in your silence and fasting to connect with the deepest wisdom within yourself. She accompanies you with individual coachings and guided meditation, through which you delve into the silence within yourself. Energywork, dreamwork and yoga are further elements with which Satya works.

Give yourself days of quietude and cleansing

7 days, of which 4 in total silence. Gentle fasting and cleansing sauna sessions in the evening, group work and exercises will accompany you on your journey to yourself.

Languages

The course is held in german language. English or italian translation is possible.

Seminarprogram

1,5 days groupwork to prepare for the silence, 4 days individual retreat in complete silence with a daily meeting of 1-2 hours in the morning, followed by 1,5 days in the group to integrate the experience.
