We serve a balanced vegetarian buffet, that invites you to celebrate the biological diversity of vegetarian cuisine, explore the nutritional properties of the ingredients, and enjoy the taste of home-like traditional Italian cuisine and regional specialties.
Under the guidance of our esteemed Italian cook Alessandra (Oma), who devoted to Centro more than 30 years, our cuisine offers a harmonious blend of natural flavors and culinary techniques, emphasizing minimal processing of the fresh ingredients. Our vegetarian cuisine includes the use of eggs and dairy products. We also adapt the recipes to vegan meals as well as vegetarian meals from other cultural traditions. Our culinary offerings reflect a choice of local ingredients, often showcasing seasonal produce. We rely on biological crops and products as much as possible. We seek to embrace your genuine dietary needs (lactose- free, gluten-free, other allergies and intolerances) communicated in advance.

We have multiple dining areas, both indoors and outdoors, allowing you to either share a meal within a community setting or to indulge in reflective solitude and integrate the insights from your seminar experience. You can choose btween dining in our spacious dining hall or the piano room, or relish your meal al fresco, choosing one of our panoramic terraces or the tranquil green bamboo islands, which provide a soothing escape from the bright sun and heat.
